Week One of My Total Body Revolution

I’m taking my own spin on this method by the lovely fitness Guru, Jillian Michaels. I am following her Body Revolution Fitness plan  to the T but kind of altering her diet plan a bit to accommodate a tight budget for the penny saving moms out there!

I have included in this diet, lean meats,fat free organic dairy, pecans and almonds, lots of steamed veggies, fish, grains,   some fruits and honey.

Please follow me daily for my tips and tricks for losing weight and keeping it off on a budget!!
